1953-made the 1st large gantry type planer in China

1955-made the 1st large mechanical press in China

1963 – made the largest gantry planer 6.3 x 20m in the world 1970-made the 1st 2501 transfer press in China

1971-made the world advanced surface broscher for auto motive engine blocks

1981 – Introduced whole sets of technology of mechanical presses from VERSON Alstoel Co. USA

1989-supplied 3 Cargo stamping lines with link drive presses to Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co.,Ltd.

1992-co-produced with Forest Line, France for CNC machine tools -started to produce cut-to-length lines

1965-made the 1st automatic large stamping press line with loader & under -staned to produce environmental protection equipment

1996 started to produce CNC plasma & flame cutting equipment started to produce Furan resin bonded sand foundry machinery

1997-co-operated with Komatsu Ltd. Japan to supply 2,000€ tandem stamping lines to GM -co-operated with Mueller Weingarten to supply 2,000t tandam stamping lines to GM

1998 – started to produce building materials machinery

2001-introduced the technology license for CNC floor type milling & boning machines from Forest Line, France -supplied 2,000 transfer press to USA

2002-made the 1st gantry type high speed 5-axis milling & boring machine in China

2003-co-operated with Sundwig, Germany for cut-to-length lines co-operated with Kohler, Germany for presses -solely introduced the technology license of press automation system from 151 Norgren, USA

2005 -supplied 5,000t heavy duty transfer press to DANA, USA supplied 3,2001 stamping line to SAB, Thailand

2006 – supplied the 1st robot type automatic stamping line in China

2007-supplied 1,000t transler press to DANA, Australia supplied the 1st double gantry type 5-axis hanvy milling & boring machine with a mechanical type dual swivel milling head – supplied 1,000 servo press

2008-supplied 6400t single arm high-speed automatic press line to Britance Auto., China

2009 – supplied crossbar high-speed automatic stamping lines with 15 5PM to SCM -supplied large transfer presses to domestic car makers and automotive components supplem

2010-supplied 6,900 crossbar high-speed stamping line to FAW Volkswagen in China-Supplied 2,500t servo press in China

2011-won the order from Ford America for crossbar high-speed automatic stamping line

2012 won the order from Ford China and SCM for crossbar high speed automatic stamping lines

Machining

  • With over 1300 sets of precise and necessary equipment
  • With dozens of large CNC gantry type or floor type boring & milling machines and other specialized machines such as dia. 5m vertical turning lathes and dia. 5m MAAG herringbone gear shapers, guideway grinding machine and crucial inspection & measurement devices

Heat-treatment

  • Heat-treatment processes ranging from annealing, quenching & tempering, normalization, annealing, bluing, phosphatizing, nitriding, carbonizing, and high or medium frequency quenching etc

Fabrication & Welding

  • Pre-treatment of steel plate: undergoing the processes of straightening, shot blasting, painting and drying
  • NC flame cutting thickness up to 320mm
  • Single welded part: Max. 200t
  • Annual capacity of welding parts over 80,000t
  • Inspection: Ultra sonic and X ray etc

Foundry

  • Grey cast iron, Max. weight of single part:140t; Max. length of single part:up to 20m
  • Spheroidal graphite (ductile) cast iron, Max. weight of single part: 110t
  • Bronze alloy (Max. dia.:1.5m) and aluminum alloy parts, Max. weight of single part: 2t
  • Furan resin bonded sand casting processing is applied for production
  • Stress relieving furnace: 16 x 5 x 3.8m
